In 2017, Deb Penrod retired as Chief Information Officer at the Constellation Group. Over her 32-year career with Constellation (formerly known as MMIC) she held many positions in the IT and underwriting departments.

In retirement, she enjoys growing in her skills as an artist painter. She also works part time as a Hunter Douglas Certified Consultant. A native of Minnesota, she enjoys traveling and spending time with her family in Minnesota, Montana and Arizona. She has two daughters, Sarah and Brittany (husband Dana), son Aaron (wife Liz) and seven grandchildren.
